Due to the nature of our research compounds, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Python Labs does not accept returns or exchanges on research compounds under any circumstances. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be returned. All sales are final.
The integrity of research compounds cannot be guaranteed once they leave our facility. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-return policy on all compound purchases.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. We process and ship orders quickly, so we strongly recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
Python Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly.
In cases of confirmed carrier loss (not post-delivery), please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Python Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.
